Thanks very much to S&D CAR CARE and their staff .Alway's very obliging to any situation ..First class in what they do with my cars and treat you with respect .You only have to look around their workshop and see how busy they are to know your car is in safe hands .The accounts are always explained in detail so you understand what was fixed ,and the old saying goes "you only get what u pay for" and at S&D Car Care you certainly come away very satisfied. I have been having not only my 3 cars serviced and fixed at time along with my Children vehicles too for the last 10 years .It is very hard to find and be happy to come across honest and family owned company like S&D Car Care . I could go on and on but I think I have covered what I want to put out in this space. One last thing, go give them a try and you will be very happy. When you’re onto a good thing, stick to it.

These guys repaired my Porsche my second gear was popping out of gear I had been to two other Porsche mechanics no one could locate the problem and the s & d boys located the problem and fixed it. True champions thank you guys. It's just like it came out of the showroom!

We're travelling from Perth to Vic with our reliable Ford Transit Camper Van. The only problem we had over the last 20000km was a noisy fan belt. Worried that it may snap in the Aussie Outback we had it checked out in Port Hedland: here they replaced the bearing of the belt tensioner and the fan belt itself. However, arriving in Cairns, the belt started to make the same noise again and now they replaced the entire belt tensioner: not cheap. Somehow the noise abated by reaching Melbourne it was as bad as ever. Who do you turn to for advice when you are a stranger in town. Took my pushbike and did the rounds in the light industrial area of Yarraville and spotted this roomy clean, well organised workshop. This gave me the confidence to talk to the owner and the car was booked in. He immediately diagnosed the spindle of the alternator to be wobbly and the cause of the recurring problem! Not bad for a 10min observation. He replaced the entire alternator (was on its last legs) and presto problem solved for good. Despite skeleton staff over the Christmas holidays, Dominic was on time and very reasonable with his prices. We had him do some more work on the van before leaving Melbourne, all carried out to perfection. We were very grateful of having met Dominic and his years of experience. We can strongly recommend him and we would go back to him if re-visiting Melbourne.

I have a Porsche and I had an overheating problem that no Porsche mechanics could locate but to my surprise Dominic repaired it thanks so much.

Dom really did a great job looking after my car, after it broke down with a re-occuring issue, seems he may have got to the bottom of it and solved it once and for all. And I received excellent service along the way.

I happened to break down right by their workshop, and was really lucky to have Dom look at the car and fix the problem in a couple of days at a really good price! Things have not been smooth sailing during lock down period so it's been a godsend to at least have the car not just up and running, but it's driving a trillion times better now. Really happy, would totally recommend!!
